A free 60-minute conversation. You describe the challenge. I ask the right questions. Together we determine whether this is the right engagement, and what it should look like.
I prepare a clear engagement proposal — objectives, deliverables, timeline, and cost. No vague 'TBD' items. You know exactly what you're committing to.
The work is done. Architecture reviews, design sessions, stakeholder interviews, written deliverables. You have direct access to me throughout — not a project manager.
