What I do in a new role
New role — new challenges, new goals. I keep doing my favorite job — working with information technologies. Constant transformation as a professional is an integral part of myself. For the last six years, I have been playing the role of Solution Architect, laying a solid foundation for the next leap, another dream — Enterprise Architect in the world of big business. At ZEPPELIN Eurasia, which is part of the international holding ZEPPELIN Group, I will do such good things:
Technology strategy planning
IT landscape optimization
New technological platforms and solutions identification and selection
Сataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components
Ensure that the respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organization’s technology and governance strategies, policies and standards.
Deliver roadmaps that enhance operational efficiency and provide visionary guidance for business and IT solutions.
Manage the Architecture working groups.
Collaborate with all relevant parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the Enterprise Architecture. Recommend the most suitable technical architecture and define the solution at a high level (Architectural Concept).
